GAIL NUGENT is a mediator for FEMA, with over 22 years’ experience mediating disputes of all kinds, facilitating meetings, conducting training, and designing conflict management systems for a wide range of clients.  Don’t miss this unique and timely presentation exploring how finding common interests can bring harmony to challenging workplace issues and improve communication between parties – all parties can benefit from this innovative approach to settling workplace drama!
